I would like to share my experience with you from my time as retail staff. I practiced this daily, and it benefited me greatly. My sales numbers were consistently high, and my express center was ranked among the top express centers. This high performance made me feel very proud of myself. As we all know, the retail business holds significant value in the market, and TCS is a market leader throughout Pakistan. Through retail business, we engage in numerous activities with our customers and run various campaigns from time to time. Our competitors follow our lead in every aspect, be it TCS products, services, or rates. The competition is increasing day by day with new companies entering the market and trying to expand their retail businesses, but they cannot match the TCS network. This is because customers have immense trust and confidence in TCS, and TCS is recognized globally.

We need to enhance our engagement activities with our customers as much as possible. Retail staff should increase market visits. After finishing their shifts at their express centers, they should take a round of the nearby market to ensure no competitors are taking shipments from their customers. If they notice such a situation, they should immediately visit those customers and convert their shipments to TCS. The more business retail staff can generate, the greater their benefits as their incentives improve and the company grows. This is my suggestion.

 

Approach each customer with the idea of helping them to solve a problem or achieve a goal.
