Dear TCS,
I hope this message finds you well. Today, in this 7th issue of Big Leap, I take opportunity to share a reflection of our Chairman’s profound sentiments and feeling of let down, which he expressed in a recent gathering of seniors regarding the customer care aspect within our organization.
Chairman conveyed his deep concern over service quality that have regrettably affected our valued customers. Despite our sincere efforts these oversights have had an impact on the commitment our cherished brand TCS represents.
The Chairman delivered this profound message, infused with emotion and determination. He emphasised the dire need to uphold a customer centric philosophy throughout our organization. It is not merely about rectifying mistakes but about instilling a culture where every interaction externally as well as internally reflects our commitment to the TCS values of excellence and customer satisfaction. It is with a sense of urgency, therefore, that we have to address these recurring lapses in customer care
To this end, the Chairman had instructed each Area Business Head to return to their regional offices with a resolute determination. We are tasked with conveying his and managements forceful message to every member of our staff, from frontline employees to middle and senior management. Furthermore, we are to collaborate on planning and implementing action plans aimed at fostering a customer centric attitude within the organisation and at every level of our operations.
This call to action is not merely a directive; it is a reaffirmation of our commitment to our customers and the values our brand represents. Let us heed the Chairmans instruction with diligence and dedication, knowing that through our collective efforts, we can restore and surpass the standards of excellence that define us.
Included in this issue is Presidents message of encouragement to TCS People to stay engaged, involved and pro-active with all stake holders.
Thank you for reading this issue and your unwavering commitment to our shared vision.
We look forward to your comments (janjua05@gmail.com)
