I am thrilled to introduce the inaugural issue of our monthly in-house digital newsletter called The Big Leap, a platform for the middle to front-line managers and supervisors who desire to take ownership of their own self-development for career advancement.
It is also going to be channel for us to share our stories, best practices, insights and wisdom with our peers and junior colleagues.
Selected articles with strong emphasis on leadership development needs will be shared between us.
It will be a platform that is ‘of the employees, ‘for the employees’ and ‘by the employees’.
To truly make this newsletter ours, we need active participation from each of you. It’s not enough for the editor of this newsletter to steer the ship, everyone is expected to take the oars. Every hand on deck.
