• Phase III: Gradually replace all delivery vehicles with EVs across the country.

TCS can move to eco-friendly packaging in steps:

• Phase 1: Start with recyclable materials for packaging in major cities.
• Phase 2: Introduce biodegradable and reusable packaging options.
• Phase 3: Encourage customers to choose eco-friendly packaging and offer incentives.

By making these changes gradually, TCS can reduce waste and help protect the environment.

TCS can use technology to make delivery routes more efficient over time:

• Phase 1: Implement basic route optimization software in major cities.

TCS has begun integrating electric motorcycles into its fleet and hiring female couriers:

• Phase 1: Introduce the first 50 motorcycles in major cities to reduce fuel use and traffic congestion. Its already in progress.
• Phase 2: Gradually increase the number of electric motorcycles in urban areas.
• Phase 3: Expand electric motorcycle use to smaller cities and towns.

At the same time, TCS can hire more female couriers for these electric motorcycles to promote gender equality and provide more job opportunities for women.
