In order to increase the operational sorting process productivity and efficiency, TCS has been modernizing, mechanizing, and automating manual processes and systems. This initiative’s primary goals are to eradicate human error, reduce the possibility of shipping items being routed incorrectly, and save money by limiting damage and preventing mistakes. According to its specifications, this system may weigh parcels between 20 and 100 kg and can process packages at a speed of 1200 and 1800 pieces per hour. It takes pictures of the shipments using a high-resolution camera.

A Single Click Probation Evaluation System
The processing of “Employee Confirmation / Probation Extension / Termination” cases through the Employee Self Service (ESS) portal will now be automated. The performance of their team members under probation may now be easily and conveniently evaluated by the Line Managers. Nonetheless, it is required from the Line Managers to obtain written approval from the individual in question before extending the probationary period or terminating employment.

Solar Panels Installation

TCS SENTIMENTS has been using an AI tool called Fireflies for minute taking and thought to share. It generates transcripts but also gives summaries. It also produce photos, provide text styles and textures, insert AI-generated material into image spaces, make flyers, posters, and social media postings, and create vector graphics.

On Tuesday 27th February 2024, fuel and lubricants contract renewal ceremony was held between TCS and Total PARCO at TCS Head. We chose to continue an agreement with them in order to maintain the standard quality of fuel and lubricants services in order to prevent efficiency issues with the fleet and transportation which is our core business requirement.
